What Are the 2026 Sonata Trims & Features?
The 2026 Hyundai Sonata's gas lineup consists of three trims.The base model is the SE. This trim features LED headlights and 16-inch wheels on the outside. Inside, it comes with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a six-speaker sound system, and a 12.3-inch touchscreen.
Next, the new SEL Sport offers larger wheel choices (up to 18 inches), a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a wireless phone-charging pad. It also adds comfort upgrades over the SE, such as heated front seats, heated and power-folding side mirrors, dual-zone climate control, and a power-adjustable driver's seat. The SEL Sport is the only gas trim optioned with all-wheel drive.
The N Line follows with even larger 19-inch wheels, sportier exterior styling, bolstered front seats, trim-specific interior touches, and an upgraded audio system.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2026 Sonata Have?
All gas trims except the N Line use a 2.5-liter four-cylinder that produces 191 horsepower. The N Line uses a turbocharged 2.5-liter four that makes 290 horsepower.
What Safety Features Does the 2026 Sonata Include?
Safety features include a rear cross-traffic alert, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot intervention, and lane-keep assist.
