
Everyone get your appetites ready because the 35th Annual Sertoma Chili Cook-Off is scheduled to be held at Springfield Expo Center on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016! The popular fundraising event, benefiting the Springfield Boys & Girls Clubs, will provide attendees with the chance to taste top-notch chili dishes from some of the area’s best cooks and enjoy a wide variety of entertainment, including live music!
Celebrating its 35th anniversary this year, the Sertoma Chili Cook-Off is still one of Springfield’s biggest annual events. Every winter it takes over all 16-million square inches of the Springfield Expo Center, offering everything from chili tastings and live music to fresh cold brews. At this year’s event, there will be several stages with a multitude of talent for everyone to enjoy all day long. From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., attendees will be able to listen to music from the likes of Hey Jealousy, Mark Chapman Band, Leather & Lace, Brookline Station Trio and 5 Cap Gun Chaos.
