Looking for a fun way to beat the heat this summer? Take part in Springfield's Habitat Home Run and Water Balloon Fight scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 22 at Price Cutter! A perfect summer activity for the whole family, this unique run features a series of water zones, where participants will be hit with super soakers, water blasters and various water toys. To crank up the fun another notch, runners will also get to participate in an exclusive Water Balloon Fight After Party following the race, featuring a series of exciting activities for all to enjoy!
Springfield runners interested in joining Habitat Home Run will have the chance to participate in either a 5K, 10K or one-mile run. Registration for each run is open online now; however, prices vary. Those who prefer to take part solely in the Water Balloon Fight After Party, can also register online for just $10. Open to all runners as well as those who sign up online, the After Party will include an incredible water balloon fight, water slides, face painting, live music, food and so much more. There will be plenty of fun to be had and activities for all to enjoy, so be sure to make it out to this event.
