All of the world's leading car brands came out to show off their latest creations at this year's New York Auto Show, and one of the biggest reveals during the event was Hyundai's show-stopping seventh-generation 2015 Sonata. Adopting Hyundai's Fluidic Sculpture 2.0, the Sonata emerged refreshed, rejuvenated and much more mature than its fellow 2014 counterpart. As we can see it, the sedan has finally come into its own and the confidence it has acquired along the way is destined to make it a game changer for Hyundai.
The curvaceous design that has become associated with the Sonata for years is officially gone, and it has been replaced with a highly updated crisp design that presents the sedan as a competitive, premium piece of machinery you'll think twice about underestimating. Sharp lines give the Sonata a well-established look, which is further enhanced by its coupe-inspired roof, extended beltline and aggressive front fascia. A pair of dramatic headlights also bring new attitude to the sedan, sitting alongside a freshly styled trapezoid grille with a wider air intake for increased aerodynamics.
The interior of the 2015 Hyundai Sonata in Springfield, much like the exterior, was designed with buyers' wants and needs in mind. All buttons on the center stack are placed where the driver can most easily reach them and an eight-inch display screen sits at just the right height for optimal visibility. The engineers at Hyundai even went to great lengths to revise the car's steering wheel for increased comfort and added addtional sound deadening material to reduce cabin noise. Aside from these changes, the Sonata also comes equipped with Bluetooth, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, available navigation and an upgraded, standard 2.4L four-cylinder engine, delivering 185 horsepower and 178 lb.-ft. of torque.
While the 2015 Hyundai Sonata in Springfield is not available yet, it will be officially released by the end of this year. Reliable Hyundai will be your go-to Springfield dealership when it arrives and we can't wait to show you everything it has to offer!
