Reliable is proud to sponsor the 5th Annual Oktoberfest Village at Taste of Springfield on Saturday, October 5 at Park Central Square. The free festival, one of Springfield's biggest events of the year, attracts residents from all throughout the state of Missouri and features excellent food, drinks and entertainment, celebrating the art of beer.
Oktoberfest Village officially opens its gates at 11 a.m. and commemorates the occasion with the tapping of the ceremonial keg at 11:15 a.m. From then on out, attendees can sample a wide array of beers, including Sam Adams Oktoberfest, Blue Moon Short Straw, Guinness Red Harvest Stout and Hofbrau Dunkel. At noon, Taste of Springfield will open up shop, offering exquisite food from over 30 local vendors. Both food and drinks will be available for purchase in sheets of $10 or $20.
As the day carries out, don't forget to check out live performances from The Lucky Boys, Big Damn Heroes, JD & The Mudhounds, Mark Chapman Band, DJ CEO and the popular '80s tribute band Members Only!
