It's this type of dedication that makes us proud to announce that one of our very own advisors, Brandon Dugan, will be traveling to California for next year's nationwide Service Advisor Competition!
Brandon earned the honor by competing, and taking first place, in the Hyundai South Central Region Service Advisor Championship, which was held earlier this month in Dallas, TX. He was originally selected just two months ago by our Hyundai District Representative to participate in the competition, which he had to qualify for. By completing all required training, demonstrating fantastic skills and showcasing an above average Customer Service Index (CSI), which measures customer satisfaction, Brandon was able to enter the competition. At next year's national contest, Brandon will face other regional winners from all throughout the country for a chance to hold the U.S. title. The winner will then go on to compete in the World Service Advisor Competition in Korea.
A valuable member of our service team, Brandon completes every job with care and we are more than happy to have him.
