New technology responds to customer preferences

Assurance Connected Care is integrated into the current Blue Link telematics system, and features a broad range of services including: maintenance alerts, a Roadside Assistance push button, SOS 9-1-1 Assistance button, vehicle health reports and Automatic Collision Notification, a technology which transmits customer and location information to emergency authorities when an airbag is deployed. These are only a few of the safety features that Springfield Hyundai shoppers can look forward to with the new system.

Hyundai Assurance currently includes an umbrella of new vehicle coverage, dubbed America's Best Warranty, and now with Assurance Connected Care Hyundai is taking things a step further. "It's not just about doing more research; it's about doing smarter research that listens to the consumer and delivers an automobile with an overall package and design that meets their needs before they're even able to precisely articulate what they want," said Mike O'Brien, vice president of corporate and product planning for Hyundai Motor America.
