These are some frequently asked questions we receive from our customers Please take a look!

 1. How often should I change my oil?

Our area and driving conditions fall under the manufacture's recommend "Severe Driving Conditions". Based on these guidelines, we recommend an oil service every 3 months or 3,500 miles.

2. If I have to leave my car for repairs, how will I get to work?

We offer a daily shuttle service, to assist with your transportation needs. For extended major warranty repairs, we also have a limited number of loaner vehicles, and if you choose to rent, we can help with those arrangements.

3. What are your business hours and how do I leave my car at other times?

Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm. If you need to drop off your vehicle at any other time, please fill out one of the after hours envelopes located at all of the main service doors. Please, remember to leave a good contact number and always sign the envelope. Once you have signed, place your keys in the envelope and place the envelope through the slot in the door.

4. My check engine light came on, what should I do?

If you have recently added gas, check your gas cap and make sure it is tight. If it was loose, your light should go off after a few drive cycles. If your cap was tight or if your light stays on, you should make an appointment to have the light checked out. If your light is flashing, you will need to have it checked immediately.
