Sales Professional

 

Responsibilities:

·         Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers

·         Keep abreast of features, conditions, and warranty status of new &  used vehicle makes and models

·         Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.)

·         Work with New & Used Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met

 

Requirements:

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills

·         Positive attitude and outgoing demeanor






Top Qualified Technician

Busy, state of the art shop, has a great opportunity for a highly motivated technician that performs top quality work.

Requirements:
Must be "A" Level Technician
Tools
ASE's
AC Permit
MO MVI Permit
Verifiable References
Documented performance records, attendance, fixed right the first time, customer satisfaction index, training, etc...
Ability to maintain on-line training & occasional travel for training
Demonstrated computer skills with diagnostic equipment, updating repair orders, clocking in/out of tickets
Positive attitude, self starter/motivated, organized, clean, professional work area
Ability to follow processes and multi-task
Excellent communication with parts department, advisers, warranty administration, tech line support, co-workers

Hours: 7am - 5pm
