Meet the Reliable Spokes Dog Contest Winner: Roscoe!

We saw cute dogs, silly dogs, old dogs and young dogs, but when it came down to who would be our next celebrity spokes dog, only one could wear the crown. That lucky pup is none other than a German Shepherd/Husky mix named Roscoe! With more than 2,226 votes, no one could resist this blue- and brown-eyed cutie from Cabool, MO, and his owner, Reuben Altamirano, is beyond thrilled to have is dog star in upcoming ads for Reliable, and to have won a $1,000 cash prize!

A whopping 10,845 votes were cast in this year's Reliable Spokes Dog Contest and the competition was stiff. Coming in second place, Jazzmine, a one-eyed Australian Shepherd from Willard, MO, received 1,912 votes, just a little over 300 votes shy of Roscoe's winning number. A King Charles Spaniel named Charlie from Nixa, MO, took third place with 850 votes. Although neither pup won the grand prize, their owners still took home Visa Gift Cards; second place received $100 and third received $50.
